Through hand embroidery, Jasmine  works in a linear design to create contemporary and minimalistic blocks of colour with her handmade seaweed coloured beads.

 

Jasmine has hand harvested the seaweed, under license, from beaches close to Edinburgh.

Avoid direct sunlight.

 

These pieces should be handled carefully and gently to avoid damage.

 

The seaweed beads will likely have moved in transit. Gently move the beads back into place using clean fingers.

 

To dust the piece, use a hair dryer on the COLD and LOW setting. Blow over the piece in a downward motion. To further clean the beads, use a dry cloth to take off any dust that is left on the beads. (I can provide a video demonstrating the above).

 

Please try to avoid touching the canvas fabric to keep it looking as fresh as possible.

Your framed piece will be posted in a cardboard box and protected with cardboard corners and paper bubble wrap.
